CURRENT PROJECT

Description: 5250 sq. ft. three story building.

Details: First Floor will consist of a multi media lab (to be used in La Senda's school, the children's home, and for stratigic ministry advancement and courses), a classroom (for 25 students) and a covered parking area for two ministry vehicles.

Second Floor: A Chapel (to hold approx. 150 people)

Third Floor: A classroom and expanded volunteer housing and transitional housing for the children in the orphanage when they reach 18 years old.

Estimated Project Cost: $320,000.00

Plan: We hope to build this facility in three phases. Each phase includes 1750 sq. ft. of covered area. (Approx. US$107,000.00 per phase).
